The Nosh Lanai is a fictional restaurant concept, combining the culinary influences of my mom’s childhood in Hawaii and my dad’s Jewish upbringing. Inspired by traditional Jewish delis and classic Hawaiian dishes and flavors, I created a menu that highlights where my family comes from, both culinarily and visually.
